Following some issues with the urn and queueing for a half time cuppa at the tea hut, the supporters club were asked to help out. As a result, we have now purchased an autofill hot water boiler for the kitchen. The boiler was fitted by Simon Denny for cost of the materials involved. Simon has kindly undertaken a number of jobs at the club over a period and has again carried out the work without charging the club.
We hope that supporters will see a much improved service at the tea hut on matchdays during times when demand for hot water for nice cuppa is at its peak as the new boiler will provide a much needed higher capacity than the old urn. the old urn will continue to be used as a backup.
